Dr Neser Practice ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

We collect personal information you provide when booking an appointment, registering as a patient, or contacting us — including name, contact details, ID number, medical aid details, and clinical information relevant to your care.

• To provide medical care and administrative support
• To bill medical aids and process payments
• To communicate about appointments and results
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations (HPCSA, POPIA)

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with authorised parties such as your medical aid, referred specialists, laboratories, and where required by law.

5. Retention

Clinical records are kept for the periods required by the HPCSA and applicable South African law.
